Grolux Bulb - 58,000 initial lumens; 24,000 hour life-span. The Sylvania Grolux bulb was the first bulb in this country that was designed from the ground up specifically for growing plants, has the highest PAR rating (meaning it has the highest plant-usable light output) of any 400 HPS bulb on the market and produces 30% more blue spectrum than a standard HPS bulb. It is one of the best 400 HPS bulb you will find in the U.S.NOTE: Please consider choosing the Plantastar bulb instead of the Grolux as customers have been experiencing higher than normal failure rates with the 400W version of the Grolux.

hope youre still around? I have the same bulbs. I been flowering 10-11 weeks and very little trichs. I thought about bulb and changed it tonight> i noticed the same difference in brightness you observed.

What stage were you at? did you see a reduction in trich formation? My buds are a good size just not fully ripened.
