400w mh/hps closet grow need advice

not my first grow but would like advice. I will be growing in a walk in closet about 6ft x 6ft maybe a bit bigger... i have some dinafem seeds on the way here... critical + 2.0, white widow, bubba kush, and og kush i got all the seeds in packs of 3 except the og, because i wanted more. ive been using fox farms organic nute shit for a while without fail, if there's anything better let me know.. im wondering if i should scrog or sog... and also wondering the right size of buckets i will need while flowering... im up for whatever option that will give me a higher yield... also would like to set up a perpetual harvesting system, need advice how to do that as well.. how many plants could i do under the 400w with maximum yields? i have never done scrog or sog but have done a lot of reading on it, however i have done some lst in the past. also i have a 6 foot tall plant starting its second month in flower right now indoors, and kind of neglected it.... (although its very healthy) but i never removed the bottom growth.... its got barely anything on the bottom branches but has some huge tops coming up already pretty big and still filling out... should i just chop the bottom off to maximize the top or is it too late? also would like advice for soil for the seeds that are arriving.... is FF ocean forest ight? whats better? any input is greatly appreciated

First mount the 400 watt light in middle of room as normal. Make sure you can raise or lower it. Foxfarms is great.

Hi, you can get foxfarm soil and mix it 80% foxfarm with 20% perlite. Mix this up in a big trashcan and mix it well. Get 20 square "grow bags" and fill them with this soil. Make sure the grow bags have holes in bottom so when you water them water can drain easily and you will not have a puddle.

I always plant seedlings in wet rockwool and let them sprout there under a humidity dome. Water only with tapwater. Put 20 seeds in 1.5 inch rockwool cubes, water them with tap water, and they will sprout after a few days. Keep humidity dome on top of them. In a few days, roots will appear on bottom of the 20 rockwool cubes.

Fill 3 gallon milk jugs with tap water, and let them sit for a day so they can get to be room temperature!! Never water any of your plants with cold water, or hot water, it must be room temperature.

Transplant those 20 rw cubes into your already prepared growbags. After they are transplanted, you will water thoroughly the newly transplanted plants. Soon, the roots will grow out the bottom of rockwool and into the bigger grow bags. Once they are all transplanted, move them into the growroom. Turn on the growrom lamp and keep it on continuously. In two weeks all 20 of your plants will be about 12 inches high. So now the time is to "do the flip" and change to 12/12.

Once you switch to 12/12 they will grow very very fast towards the light, and get to be about 2 or 3 feet tall!. After you switched to 12/12 you will see side branches starting. You will make a clone of all of your 20 plants and dip the clone in clonex gel, and insert it into a wet rockwool cube. If everything went correctly, now you have 20 clones that will live under a 24 hour fluorescent light . These clones will get roots and become your "mother plants". You will grow these mothers under fluorescent ligths and never kill them. It will take about 4 weeks for the clones to get big and bushy, and they will keep growing bushier like a good mother plant.

Next step is to wait for the first 20 plants in closet to be in there 40 days.... At 40 days you will start the process of taking 1 clones from each of your 20 mother plants. Put in rockwool and wait for roots to show. Then you will put them in new grow bags under continuous light so they are 12 inches high. At 60 days, your closet harvest is ready to be chopped down and harvested. All 20 of those 12" plants are immediately taken to 12/12 closet.

FLOWERING AREA: So you will use your closet as permanent 12/12 flowering room perpetually
VEG AREA: You will have a small area with T5 fluorescent tube lights on a stack of shelves. This stack of shelves has a t5 light on every shelf.

At first I said 20 seeds? But I like it man plan on getting some aero going with just about the same setup great advice!

Take a look at my 12/12 from seed thread for ideas on perpetual. My perpetuals run under a 400w lamp for flower.
