400w ventilation question

hello all

I have this closet that's underneath the stairs in my house...and I was wondering if I could vent my 400w through the recessed light in that closet? will I encounter any problems or anything? I just wanna be on the safe side here.

it wont work unless heat in ceiling has somewhere to escape
it kind of like filling a bag with hot air once filled it escapes back into room cuz it is full
