hey guys, im a total newbie and have started a nice little seedling under a 42w cfl in a small closet. the seed was eager and was over a quarter inch in 48 hours. its planted in soil, with little to no nutrients. im excited to see what happens and am open for any input available. ive been doing some reading here and decided to join. im looking forward to the next few months. p.s. i am a medical card hold in CO for what its worth. thanks amendment 20.

i started one of my little seedlings under a 42 watt cfl...ive since added 4 26 watters. I'll end up doubling that i'm sure..maybe more. take some pics and put 'em up. People will guide you along. good luck. my little newbie grow is in my sig....check it out if you'd like.

nice dude. do u know what kelvin your lights are? if their 26 watt then their prollt 6500k if they give off a warm, yellowish color then they are 2700k if they give off a blueish whitecolor they are 6500k the higher the kelvin (k) the better they will veg. however during fllowering your guna want to put some 2700s in

dont give it any nutrients yet. to young... the more cfls the better( as long as heat is not a problem)
