This is the kind of stuff that will help a lot of people save time & money while making the barrier to entry into DIY LEDs easier. Not to mention, safer more professional builds. He has 6x ones and maybe 2 and 1 cob ones. Haven't asked but I know for sure they'll take CXB 3070.
You're talking about using the body's and not the LEDs with it right? If it's body only you're likely gonna need to run the cobs at low wattage unless you have a helicopter fan or water cooling. Not a lot of space for a large heat sink which means you need either a high cfm fan or low wattage pushed through your lights.

I have some CXA2530 to run @500ma. I am sure the top cover could be opened up with a dremel or snips to suit other size options. If the price is right it is worth a punt.
I am lacking in the artisan creative attributes of @Growmau5. I have noticed that if I shout enough bad words at a project I can eventually get it up and running.

You sure? She has very low milage and can throw shoes, plates and insults really really fast. She is also a good breeder, two kids in sixteen years and we have only done it twice.

Hmmm. I think the hardest thing would be stand out from the copious amount of shite on eBay. Most would go for the one that looks the same but so much cheaper. I would imagine people who understood the quality parts inside would be few and far between. You might get the odd someone who has read up on what's good and can't be bothered to DIY.
