Not to be a ball buster, but if you are lucky enough to have at least one female there, you usually have about a 1 in 4 chance at best of getting a really good pheno.
If you can get your hands on good clones and want to keep a constant cycle going, you pretty much are going to need to SCROG in your tent (I'm assuming it's 6.5 feet high ).
I've done grows like this many times, with no mothers, just cloning off the plants I would eventually flower. I have found the best method is to set up two layers of trellis nets in your flower tent. One at about 2 feet high, and another a foot or so above that. For a 4 x 4 I would veg 8 plants and rotate into flower every 8-9 weeks. After two months of veg your plants will be big. Skirt the bottoms, take clones, and cut all top branches and clone with those too. You will have plenty of clones in case you have issues rooting. BTW, throw your cuts in a cup of water for 24 hours, it works wonders. Anyway, set 4 plants evenly spaced across the back of the tent, with plants under the trellis bent towards the front, then do the same with 4 plants across the front of the tent and bend them under the trellis towards the back. Obviously be careful not to crack the stem and also tear plant from roots, support the base of the plant with your hand when bending under the trellis. Once your plants are under the trellis, pull branches through the first layer, and up to the second layer on the outer edges, and try to cover as much space as possible. In a few days most of your leaves will be upright and you will have a shitload of growth from all parts of the stem. Flower those out, rinse and repeat.
BTW, your veg area should be at least 2 x 4 to do properly. A tent would be really nice for this too. Not sure what kind of penetration or coverage you will get from a 300 watt led, might want to supplement a little with some t5.
