5 INDOOR GDP/Pk/BD/ROM/GA off the hook. need help asap

So i got a 650w mh/hps setup with a hps/mh swichable ballast in a five by five foot area with no hieght prop. I got five indoor plants going 1 sativa Blue dream, an the rest grapes. GrandADDY, PURPLE KUSH,ROMULAN, and GRAPE APE. they are all ranging from 4-6 weeks into veg but i am going to flower them all at the sametime. Im runnin a 650 w hood with two bulbs a 250 an a 400 watt bulb in hood which works very well. i tend to turn them to hps bulbs when i flower. ]]
Q1 WHATS the best temp to keep ur grow room and humidity
Q2 How far should my light be from top of tallest plant.
Q3 How much more veg time shouuld i fo before flower. they are almost all a foot tall. but some more bushy the other.


AND ANY ADVICE OR HELP FOR A FIRST TIME IN A REAL GROW ROOM. I WANT TO GROWN INTO HIGH GRADE STUFF THAT CRYSTALS GLISSEN OFF THE NUGS. IN NEED OF A BOSS LOL

i just keep my temp between 75 and 80, sometimes it climbs a little. not sure bout humidity, not an issue for me. ur light should be as close as possible without burning, use books, old video tapes or whatever to raise all ur plants to the same height, put ur hand at the top of the plant, if its burning ur hand its too close, it should be a nice gentle heat on the back of ur hand . i think most people would say between 12" and 18" away. i run 1000watts and i'm around 16" away, but i have a fan blowing between my light and plant tops.veg time is up to u , there are no exact or perfect ways of deciding, remember ur plant will double and maybe treble when u turn to flower, so its usually a height restriction issue for people, although a lot of people myself included prefer to switch when plant is between 12" and 18", by that point it usually mature enuff to give a decent yeild. its a personal choice really. vegging can last as long as you want or need.

what about feeding.i m using foxfarm big grow, tiger bloom, and the other one. should i tie down my plants to kep them short and stalky. and where should i cut to top it off for more colas an branches,
