Since you've provided nothing for us to gauge off of, and it's apparent that you haven't started your research, I'll say 4x4' with 1000W HID and you'll get about a pound.

Aside from that, how about you share the following with us:

- The size of space your tent will be in
- Temperature and Humidity of that space
- Exhaust fan/filter you'll be using, and where are you venting to/from
- How much liquid space in each pot, and what is the accumulative volume of liquid overall in the RDWC
- Lights you'll be using

I'm am so sorry I'm just in joy and day dreaming cause my medical card allows me to grow 5 plants so I have been just trying to picture and buy what I need for a dwc for five plants smh I don't even know what size tent I need or in I need a water chiller if I run 600 watt or 1000 watt

Well you could grow 5x 2lb plants or 5x 1oz plants or anywhere in between , so work out what your aims are in terms of how much you need per month or quarter and then we can help figure out how much space and lighting you need.

this venture can get expensive quick.

To grow for some personal stash you won't need a massive setup, or even 5 plants. Go with quality gear over a bigger setup. You will be happier with the results and ease of operation. If you wish to scale up down the road you have a good setup you can use for a veg space.

1.2 x 1.2m x 2m and 5 plants in 18ltr pots is perfect for me but have tried anything from 7 plants to 2 in the same space.

Grow for myself only and always have much much more than enough. Jars in the pantry are plentiful.

Okay so I'm basically trying to grow to last me until it run out then back to another grow, I'm looking at wanting to grow a pound and money want be and issue I want it to be hydro with led veg and flower with hid I can use 600 or 1000 watt I'm not going anywhere higher, so what's the best method and tent size
