5 weeks into flowering; not sure whats next... good quality pics

hey all, so this is pretty much the farthest Ive gone indoors before. the most recent things Ive done is try to put some co2 water bottles in there and Ive been burnen the propane tank... other than that, nutes water nutes water, just letten them bud up strong. was wondering how much longer they needed? some look further then others(different strains) but Im juss not sure how much longer. this is the 35th day of flowering. also, should I clip the dead fan leaves or just leave them to fall?

You should put a balloon over the top of the water bottle. Put 2-4 pin holes in the balloon. This will let the co2 out slowly and you will be able to tell when you need to replace your co2 mix with a new one.

You still have a few weeks, let those white hairs turn amber,
There looking good though, get some new pics of the buds in a week or so.

its not really true that the plant is ready when hairs turn amber, its more to do with the colour of the thc their are four stages, clear trichome not ready yet, milky trichome will give you up heady rush high, amber trichome will give you a couchlock high and a half amber half milky will give you a combo hi. you will need a good magnifier glass take a look at pics will help ya

These were vegged from Between january1st-March 1st, not EXACTLY an 8 week veg or anything because they were from seed and I didnt germinate them immediatly, thats why they are such little small buddying plants :)


They officially started 12/12, March1st, Check out this update, just 4 days after the last post and look at the buds grow!

The Afghani is the tree in the back left, the two hairy fucks are the g13, 1 of them is bag seed, the one in the back right i BELIEVE is bubblegum, it was from a seed a friend got at the club, and the one in the front right is ANONYMOUS

Did You Swap Out Your Bulbs To Flowering Ones? I Have The Same Light And I Love It, I Heard You Get Great Results Using Both A Red And Blue Spectrum

ive been giving them a mix from seed to flower. i didnt swap anything, it was my friends and he gave it to me to start my grow and put a mix of them in

cool, yeah I love that light you can really get surprising results with it. I hVE 400 watt hps that is just chilling in the corner of my room, i might just keep the t5 through the whole grow. I dont have to worry about heat and all the cons that can come with the hps..... well nice grow man

ya but trust me man... the t5s nice for veg but come flower time i expected them to grow much taller then they did.... just my .02c. my nugs werent even that big.. Idk I coulda just fucked it up.

I'd use the HPS for flowering pronto! It's THE light best for flowering. The results will be far better yield. In mid flowering, I changed from my own mix of fert (fish elution, seaweed, etc.) to "Earth Juice Bloom", and the flowers just "TOOK OFF!" 9 of 12 was Afghans, they loved the new fert. Good luck.

leave fan leaves on because they will help make the buds biggger and better. more photosystesis...the fan leaves will feed ur buds!!!! :)

Fan Leaves VS Light penetration. Other than aiming at only big top colas, how can the light reach all the newly forming buds if you don't take the leaf obstruction away, IE; Fan Leaves. Hundreds more will replace the ones taken off, and allowing light access to the entire plant(s). The Afghan plant has literally 100's of buds forming that would never see the light of day, so to speak, with the Fans blocking the light. This naturally occurs outdoors, if you hire Grass Hoppers to trim your fan leaves. ????????
