Also how are you accounting your wattage? That doesn't look like 500w of cfl. I may be mistaken though.

You're right he needs to get those lights closer. But if that's a 200 watt cfl plus the 12 on the outside then that seems like 550 watts to me.

why not just burn a 400 hps? or even some screw-in Cree LED bulbs? More lumens, less electricity used....

They r closer to the girls. Took it before I lowered it. But yes I do have 1 big 200w cfl and the rest r 23w. There is also a fan in there too.
