5th week of Flower and Spider Mites Still... HELP!!!

So fifth week of flower started this last thursday. I've pulled all plants out and sprayed them with SNS 217 twice and the mites are still there. Trying a fogger tonight after lights go out. Does anyone have any ideas on controlling thes little bastards for a few more weeks?

Neem oil. It can be applied up to two weeks to harvest.

Or take out the plants and give them a good spray down, and put a fan directly on the plant to keep the buggers in check, they hate wind.
