6 inch pvc tubes

i am going to start growing in 6 inch pvc tubes i have 5 ports per tube .each tube is 5 ft long . i have 4 tubes total and a grand total of 24,360 emitters so having said that i need to now the best size pump to use in my res. also the res i have is a 40 gal. the light for this is a 1000 watt switchable.and the area is about 5 by 5 . i have been doing this for a while in a ebb and flow this is my first attempt doing it this way . with 20 ports using 5 inch pots can anyone give a est on yield that i might get
