6 weeks in flowering - couple of questions

One of my flowering ladies is a super lemon haze . Looked great until about a week ago when top leaves turned dry and crispy. I assume its because the hps was a lil too close -which also kept my temps around 28 Celsius on the canopy for about a week .
However, one of my concearns is that the top cola on this plant, looks like any other top brench bud... it is a really bushy plant with lots of brenches which i know it affects the size of the main one, but i'm not sure this is the case.
What do you think ?

Your humidity is very low and light was too close=Heat stress. Low humidity is good for resin production but not so much for the leaves and yield of your plants. I find that the lower your RH is, the further the HPS has to be from the tops. I now have an oscillating fan moving air between the tops and the light, it helps to cool them down. It is also a good idea to keep temperatures down around 20 degrees when RH is low.

Thats true. the RH is pretty low and was low for the entire grow. The other two plants fromthe same room, however, dont seem as affected. The thing is that right below the canopy(middle and bottom of plants) the RH is around 50 and the temps about 5-7 C cooler than above canopy...yeah...so if i drop the temps to 22 on top, i will have around 15-16 right below canopy...and that seems low....duno what to aim for

Definitely a good advice regarding RH. I should get it higher somehow at the top.

Appreciate your input Smootherpete
