600w versus 1000w

hey people:

i was wondering if someone has flowered with a 600whps, and if the results would be similar to that of a 1000whps.:blsmoke:

If you can manage ventilation and temperature, more light is always going to get better yield. How much better depends on a lot of things, including pot size, space, genetics, and how well you manage the plants' other necessities like nutes, water, oxygen and co2. Keep costs of electricity in mind too. 400w is a big difference over time for the cost of your grow, and if you only have room for a couple of small plants it might not be worth it.

im looking at growing 16 females under the flower light and keeping enough mothers and kids to keep the bud comin

There's a grow method called 'sea of green' that sounds like it would work for you if you want to keep them small. I haven't done it but you can look it up.

have u ever used a carbon filter not sure as to what side of the fan it should go

you want to suck through the carbon filter, you can go either way but thats what they are designed to run, the size of your light really comes down to the room you have, a 600 will do a 4x4 good but a thousand will do it better, if your less than 4x4 stay away from the 1000 and go with the 600, i clone veg and flower under hps
