7 week old plants, SMALL?!

Just wondering whether their small for 7 weeks. Considering:
1- its 100% organic.
2- They germinated outdoors and grew very slowly for the first few weeks.
3- Very limited sunlight because they have to be hidden, 3-4 hours direct sunlight per day.(if lucky)
4- Weathers been generally shit.
And 5- its my first grow, I'm very inexperienced.
Also is there anything I should start doing like LST or extra nutes seeing their not seedlings anymore.
Do they look good?

They are just growing their 4th node. they are about 3 inches tall. Also the temperatures at night can go down to 5°C

Yes that's definitely slow.
But your plants need more than 12 hours a light a day in order to stay in veg, and too little will just stunt them, like what happened here.

I would say if possible, start up a cab grow?
Way better because it's inside and as long as you keep it locked with 0 light leaks, no one will know.

Thanks mate. I can't get an indoor setup, just to risky. But I'm surely going to consider moving them and some how let them receive more sunlight and hopefully the weather picks up too

5C is too cold and this low temperature can certainly be a major inhibitor of growth. For a 7 week old outdoor they are quite underdeveloped. The plant will also need at least 16-18 hours of light in order to maintain it in veg. Also looks a bit pale, maybe could use a bit of fertilizer once you correct the environment. So try to increase the temperature, either move the plant inside under a CFL with a 18h light regimen or to a greenhouse if available. Check if the soil drains well to allow for good oxygen access, just make sure that it does not behave like clay when wet. You do not need to LST or train her anyhow if she will be finished outside as sun provides the bottom and the top of the plant with equal amounts of light. Train only if security is an issue.

good luck!
