7x14 new grow room any suggestions ideas please help

I have a 14 foot wide space in the back of my garage thats 7 feet tall and like 7 feet deep whats the best grow plan setup to do i can manage 4, 1000watt mh,hps's for vegg and bloom any help is appreciated
