8.5/10 weeks. How do they look?

This is 8.5 weeks from pistils.
And going on week 10 in a few days of 12/12.

Breeder states 9-10weeks, I am in no rush.

I feel like something's not right. Or they stopped producing and have been a bit stagnant the last week or more.

The sativa Dom is hardly packing anything on.

What do you think.

What are grow media, nutrients, feed/water sched, ppm/ec, pH, temps, RH, lights, any special techniques?

Water change weekly 500ppm 500 scale
pH between 5.5-5.9
Temps day 23-26.5
Temps night 14-16
Rh 45 mostly, few low days here and there.
315 CMH & 240 quantum led
