FROM SEED: My 2 mostly indicas seeds went into 12-12 at 37 days old from sprout. They sexed out 1 male one female. all the while i'd like to continue vegging. Currently in lights out on day 8 of 12-12. I only have 1 hair so small can only be seen with jewlers loupe. Resembles pre-flower. AM i SAFE to continue vegging?

I tend to keep males if the genetics are worth it maybe not breeding now but later down the line tends to help rather then wish you didnt let those genetics waste

I think that 99% of growers have no intention of breeding so the males can be culled. No point in wasting space and resources on them. If you wanna keep the genetics around just freeze some pollen and call it a day.

Next time just keep the plants in veg, take some cuttings and flower them to determine sex OR even better test them for sex using the Phylos Bioscience mail in method.

You can just put the cuttings in 12/12 while they attempt to root, this will save you some time since you just wanna know the sex. Just don't mix up the plant # labels lol.

When reverting the plants to veg they will continue to try and flower for a while, then come back to veg, it's not pretty and wastes a LOT of time.

HOPE IT DOESN'T TAKE 5 WEEKS ..SHE'LL GO OUTSIDE TO THE GIANT LIGHT BULB...AND LIGHT HOURS WILL BE OVER 14 HOURS BY THEN

I personally haven’t done it but since no one answered it.... seems like they give you your results the same day they receive your sample in most companies. Your best bet would be to try to expedite the shipping process somehow to speed it up

Ok ok..plant on the left has been on 24hr light since tuesday after tiny tiny hairs showed after day 7-8 of 12 12. Plant on right showed hairs today(evidently not the Male I was hoping for). So it's back to veg also.. Any good way to clone these to get 6 plants ready for May 20th?20200417_183001.jpg
