8 plant Water Farm hydro system?i

Does anyone have any experience with this system or know anything about how it is? It has 8 different buckets each holding up to 4 gallons, a 17 gallon resevoir and comes with everything but the plants and lights. I have the opportunity to pick this up for 200 dollars tomorrow as well as a 200 dollar 600w mh/hps combo that comes with a ballast and reflector. About the hydro system though is this a good deal/worth getting? I do want to have a hydro system at some point and I know it can be built a lot cheaper but it would be nice to just have it. Is that resevoir big enough though? Any comments or personal experiences would be helpful and appreciated.

i was gonna use 2 of these systems for my flower room, but then i got turned on to aero...they are the best bang for the buck, its cheaper to buy them than to try and make em...you will get insane root structure and if you veg long enough, massive plants, and huge yields...the only thing i didnt like is how much water it uses, the amount of medium you need...and that the nutrient solution is basically sitting stagnate...get your self a small pump and pump it out of the control and into the res, so everything is allways moving around...other than that, you wont be disapointed...
