8 weeks veg??

what would be an average time from the moment you take a clone and put her into flower? another way to put question would be... when does flower time begin.

whenever you want, switch to 12/12 lighting schedule, unless your running an autoflower... which in that case just keep the 18/6 and let her flower on her own with that schedule...

the longer you keep it in veg the bigger your plants are going to be. Myself I use a drip garden called a PT 32 (32 sites) with this I dont want to finish higher then about 18-20 inches so I throw them into flower after about two weeks of veg around 12-14 inches tall. They finish off at a good length.

Also how long do you let yours flower?
And what's your average yield?

one to two weeks depending on size of clone. Flower for 8 weeks mostly some strains take a bit longer. Pull about a oz per. Im in hydro though. My bud just finished in soil. 3 weeks in veg 8 in flower did just under 2 lb per 600 watt.View attachment 1043692

Oh. Well could you tell me how long I could veg a bagseed that's been grown from a seed. Its 2 weeks right now. How long would you wait until you start to flower it?

Man it depends on how big you want your plant to finish. Longer veg bigger plant.

I don't want them big but I want a decent amount when it yields.

Good thinking Weedx, bigger plants do not always mean more yield, more flowers do. This is how I get about 2 zips per plant in my small indoor garden: Cut clones, wait about 10 days before putting it into my veggie garden. After it's gotten about 5 nodes / 6" or in height, I cut the top growth tip. I let it veg for about 5-6 more inches, clear out the bottom couple of nodes and throw it into my tent, the 2, sometimes 3 colas stretch out another 2 feet or so and I get nice colas plus some great popcorns that all get great exposure to the light.

The reason I sometimes get 3 colas, is because my clones branches alternate off the main stem very quickly so the tops sometimes are a little crooked, a nice surprise.

It's all about the flowers.
