9x Gelat OG CLONE + 20 White Widow FEM under 800 watt HPS 400 watt Cree3590 4000k combined.

Been busy for a few weeks now and wanted to share my grow with you guys seeing i can't find many HPS and LED combined grows.

Here's the story, I've been running from about may the 27th using 9 clones i cut from me previous grow. Being in a country where everything is available somehow it can take some time and therefore my new room isn't completely finished but it will by the end of this week.

I started with these 9 clones under 400 watt HPS on may the 27th.
Kept them in water for to long seeing i couldn't start earlier and they looked like shit. Dried up leaves and all yellow about to die.


This is what they look like today DAY 5 12/12 flowering under only LED.

Plants have been topped about a week ago and they al have 8 side branches each and they grow like crazy so all going well.
Temp max 29.5c starting at 20:00 and going down to about 26.1c around 02:00 up until 08:00 with a humidity of 44%-60%.
During the day it's about 33c outside so i have to run at night.

These babies will be put n the same room in about 2 weeks after they are transplanted and have about 2 weeks of 18/6 light using LED, i'm expecting my soil, fabric pots and myler film in about 2-3 days so i will be tranplanting them soon.

The bottom 3 are new clones who rooted 3 days ago using only water after 10 days. I have 3 more and thet have white knobs so i will transplant them a few days later in order to have 6 mother plants to start with.


This is what it looks like now using both 400watt HPS and 200watt LED. Looks weird but the LEDS are dead center on the plants which you can see on the picture made from above using only led.


All is going well except for the nitrogen toxicity i had on one pheno so from day 1 12/12 up until day 7 12/12 they will get water only on 6.5PH to flush them slowly and i will be starting using bloom nutes on day 8 12/12.

Currently giving 500ml per day using 7L fabric pots, they dry out really fast but i love them and will never go back using plastic.

Eventually the room will be using 800watt HPS and 400watt Cree 3590 running at 36V 2.8A 100watt each containing 9 Gelat OG clones and 20 White Widow fems if the space let's me. If not i got another small room that i could use eventually or i'll drop em somewhere outside in August.

I'l try to update every 3-4 days to keep you guys updated on how's it all going.

You guys have any thoughts on the HPS and LED combined? Any other comments or tips are welcome as well.

These are the leds that i'm using.



Even after running for 18 hours+ i'm able to just pick them up using my bare hands and barely feel any heat so cooling ain't a problem especially with my fan blowing colder air around it as well.

A small update.
Been tying them down since yesterday and this is the difference from a few days.

I'll keep tying them up daily for another 10-14 days until they stop growing. Right now the 9 plants cover an area of 90x80cm and once done it should be around 100x100 hopefully. That's the goal at least for these clones which leaves 120x110 for the 20 white widows. I'll flip them pretty fast so they won't get to big for the space and if they do i'll take some out and put em somewhere else.

Today was day 5 12/12.
No white hairs yet but they should start anytime soon now i guess.
Still growing at an average of 1,5 cm a day so that's not to bad i guess.
