A/c unit.

I need a 15000 but ac unit for my room. Is a window unit the way to go or is portable better? I don't want the portable to take up space in the room but a window unit will be difficult to run any ducting to and from. 5 600s 2 t5s and approximately 100 sq ft of space. Thanks.

Portable suck get a mini split.. if 16k is what is best for your room go up a size or 2 so as you add more shit.your ac will keep up

Oversizing an inverter based minisplit isn't nearly as detrimental since the compressor can operate at less than 100% to match heatload and eliminate cycling and swings while removing more humidity and not freezing up. Whew...

Low ambient function and auto restart after outage are two good features.

WhT snaps said I bought a12kbtu for my 2 1000 watt and a 3rd 1000 for last 2 weeks of.flower amd my mini split will not evem keep room at decent levels. Its also sealed c02 burner lights fan dehumi etc etc they all make heat. Go over bored cause minisplits can run half duty cycles n such
