A few issues....namely trichromes

About a year ago I had to move my whole setup. Prior to that I was really dialed in, getting good yields and good bud. Felt pretty confident as a grower. The new set up has resulted in the opposite and I’m on the brink of throwing in the towel. The only difference is a slightly smaller room size. Otherwise every other item has stayed the same. Lighting, supplies, methods.

I’m suffering from:
Wispy buds
Not a strong aroma
No potency
And recently my trichromes aren’t turning amber at all.

In my last 6 plants, only two had had trichchromes that are hitting a little amber and I can harvest.
Any ideas on what specifically would cause this?
Otherwise the plants seem just fine, buds plump, hairs start to change the trichromes get milky and then nothing...I’m hitting 12-13 weeks, on tried and true 9 week harvest strains (northern lights/white widow) the plants are practically dead, and no amber. I’ve never seen this before.

Plants do great all through vegetation, all through the first 6 weeks or so of flowering, and then they just....fail.

Sounds like something has changed other than the room.

Did you change strains?

What type of growing system do you use?

Perhaps something changed in what you are doing and you just haven't put your finger on it yet.
