A few plant problems, please help

Hey this is my first grow, everything was going good, but then my plant's leaves started to outline in yellow, i was told that they were hungry so i started adding nutes saturday. My plant was doing better, so i tied the top in order to attempt the lst procedure. The plant also just hit the bottom of the pot a couple days ago. So i am not sure what factor is causeing this leaf formation and discoloring.

The new leaf growth is folded over down the main vein, is this normal?
And some of the bottom leaves are starting to turn colors.

That's the "weight" of nutes within and lo light source too. OOOh, wait, that second shot with closed leaves is shock or heat..

bump to the top, im still looking for advice on this. Im thinking soil?? the soil is mg mixed with some soil that was laying around the house.
