Hey guys, been a member for awhile, but I mostly just lurk and read, don't post alot.
I gleaned enough info using the search bar to get me 14, 3 week old-plants, that are about 7-8 inches tall. Is that normal? They seem a little thin, but my 60 watt light may be accountable. Im just trying to get them strong enough to put outside. Im running the 60 watt single bulb about 16 inches away from the tops of the plants, with a small fan blowing gently on the plants to dissipate the heat.
When should I introduce nutrients? The only thing I'm really going to have accsess to are the basics nutes available at hardware store, which I know is not ideal, but it's what I have. Im assuming it will be of the miracle-grow variety. I plan on flushing them heavily at the end of their lifes to try an combat harshnes.
Any ideas, advice, or suggestions would be appreciated. If you think im doing something wrong, please say something. Thanks, G.
