A little bit about soil.

Hi there guys!

This is my first year of growing outdoors so I'm reading all information about soils and other things but there is the thing... As my Guerilla grow place is kinda far away from road/car, so I have managed to get there just 5 * 50L potting soil bags. My thinking was that I will mix soil from that place with potting soil and perlite. All I want to know, what do you guys think about this soil:

This is how my digged holes look like, so I'm thinking to fill them up with mixed soil (potting soil+ this soil + perlite) and when roots grow enough big, they are growing in not mixed soil but default land soil.

And this is the place where my holes are placed. Don't worry about pathway, it's made by animals.

Please give me some tips so I can grow some great smokie...

Cheers.

Your soil looks to be pretty sandy in the first couple pics, but almost clay like towards the last pics. If I were you I'd pour a gallon of water into your empty holes and observe them to see how well they drain. You don't want to end up with drown plants.

Amend native soil with what you've got and maybe add some blood meal, bone meal, perlite and lime if necessary.

Your spot looks pretty open. (Awesome for maximum sun exposure and growth) Does it grow in thicker during the summer?

I took pictures from two places (two examples). There are like 15m distance between each example taking point.

Well, it's rainy for 2-3 days. So when I went there today, you can see that there is no water in that hole, so I think it observe water enough good, but I will test it today so I can be sure.

Well, that spot is great one, because it's surrounded by ponds, ditches. You have to cross two ditches to get there, there is no other way, that's why I used this spot. It's also surrounded by shrubberies. Yes it grow thicker during summer, as you can see past year threshed is all over there.

Looks like a nice Sandy loam I'd just mix it 50/50 with your good soil and a bit of manure and call it a day.
