A little help in the design?

so this image here is the dimensions and view of my closet, trying to optimize and use as much space as possible, while still being able to control temp. and humidity. i was thinking that maybe a pulley and crank system would be best to get the most light possible, i will make a diagram.
i thought about creating a grow box but it just wouldnt be much space, and fighting the heat would be a huge problem.

any ideas would be great.
i currently have a 400 watt hps/mh and a shitlod of cfls. would it be ok to keep a mother under cfls?
anyway 4th grow going for something a little differnent and a constant bud supply,

...are you going to aircool that 400? ...you might have some heat issues if not. Carbon scrubber/inline fan?

you dont need pulleys and stuff get u a dog chain for a couple bucks and 2 screw hooks and cut chain in half there u go and the links are like a inch so it makes it easy to figure how many links to raise or lower and u can adjust sideways to by lowering on side and raising other it moves light over but u got to spread the hooks when u install i mean dont put hooks so they are right above light but about a foot out on both ends
