A question about ventilation

Hey there,
been perusing this forum for a while now, gathering info on how to start growing. But me and my mate have finally got to the next step and started building it!
I was originally going for a little pc stealth grow but my heart couldn't take the thought of those beautiful plants being all confined in a tiny, tiny space, so I built 'em something bigger.
My grow room is built of plyboard, hardboard and a sturdy wooden frame. It's about 100cm x 60cm x 60cm (HxLxW) - so a little bigger than a pc! I'll be growing feminised lowryder and it's derivatives so no need for anything too big.
Anyway, its all built, painted and mylar-ed and we're ready to fit the 125W Ecolights with a hood into it but we're worried about ventilation. We have some little 80mm silent computer fans to mount on the sides but will one intake, one output be enough? Should we put in two small fans, or a different bigger one?
Also, on a side note, how many plants should we put it with only one 125W CFL? We're thinking something along the lines of 4-5 lowryder in one, 3-4 lowryder 2 in the other... sound about right?
Thanks for your input! Cheers.

Damn weed.
I wrote that whole thing and never asked the question I made the topic for!

That is: (vis-a-vis the computer fans) they currently have a three pin plug for a computer, how do I go about changing this into a more standard power supply? I haven't done anything more complicated than re-wiring a plug since school so be gentle with the lingo!

im stuck with a vent problem my self but i have converted a computer fan before its simple use a 12 volt plug ect a phone charger cut the end of it find the live and negitive on your fan conect live to red and negitive to black then insulate ive had 4 fans running of 1 charger
