A quick question.

I am trying to sex my plants. And I would really like a quick answer before I panic. My plants have little spikes or horns coming out right at the base of the branches. I have looked at the pictures and I am still confused weather or not I need to wait a little longer to tell. There are no balls or anything just single spikes. Any info would be awesome.

How old are they?

Use a loupe, mag glass or what ever and get a better look.I have found hairs that i could not find with the naked eye.

Redfish......do you fish for them?

Thanks guys, I will post some pictures of the plants in a bit. My iphone does not seem to zoom in close enough. I could really use the advice. And yes I fish for reds every chance I get in the Laguna Madre in deep south Texas.

no need for pics my guy.... if its a baby girl she will show you WHITE hairs. if its a baby boy look for a cluster that looks like little green grapes. it is impossible to mistake a male for a female or vice versa... males show faster than females! if they go past 10 days without showing sex you more than likely have a female.
