A quick question

Sorry I have searched and searched and couldnt find much on this.
I have 10 lowryder2 seeds and I want to grow some seeds from them under CFLs. I want good healthy seeds and im not quite sure how CFL light effects seed development or does it at all ? Im trying to keep cost down... cant really afford the huge hydroponic CFLs. If I get standard ones from walmart or home depot what should I look for and about how many will I need for 10 LR2s ? one last question, should I use all 10 seeds at once or just try half of them ? sorry about the noob questions my mind is all over the place lately. 2....as for CFLs please skip them .........i started with them i am passing on the knowagle from that ...........as the plant grows u add more cfls tocover the area and get prettier buds.............this is a losing war as u increase the number the heat increases multi lvls

i know u said u wanted to keep the cost down but try this .......the 180 w for 134
grow one plant now (auto seeds 73 days from seed to smoke )............if the plant is what i think it is it should give u little over 2 oz once u have a feed system and plan u like
