once seeds are planted tap root down in rockwool, do you put them straight under lights?

once they sprout you put them under a light, make sure the light is far away enough so that too much heat or light wont hurt the sprout


but if u are using Compact flouresent bulbs you can put them maybe like 1 or 2 feet way. just make sure thier environment is comfy as they are very vonerable to harsh conditions at this time. specially heat

yes......as soon as you have a sprout showing, put her under your light.

cheers for the advice guys, it was for a friend of mine, iv not gone from seed yet, thats my next mission. they are using t5 lights so should be able to get em quite close
