A room inside of a building...

I have a Large building that is not insulated that I have setup a 10x10 makeshift room inside of. Its a pop up tent frame with 3mm black plastic for the sides. Its all 1 complete roll. I have a window unit that blows into the grow room. I also use that window to run the filter back outside. I live in an area where I have really hot temps. Today I was in the room and it was 90. with 48% humidity. My plants are suffering badly.

Other than getting a larger AC unit, How can I overcome the HEAT issue as insulation is not feasible until after this grow is completed. Moving the operation indoors is not an option either.

Im thinking about taking my Filter off and using the 440 CFM exhaust Fan to suck hot air out of the room to the the outside.... Thoughts?

Few things
1. My uninsulated garage even in a cold climate gets very hot on warm days. You need to look for a greenhouse fan or attic fan or several and try to get air moving thru the building to get it as close to outside temps as possible. If the rafters of the building are open it would be best to just place them up high on a gable end, you will also want to add vents on the opposite side of the building to pull air into.

2. You need to insulate the room even if you just get some free boxes and put several
Layers of cardboard. Or google what other materials you could use that have best R value for insulation.

3. If your ac is strong enough to cool the lights and equipment in the room you don’t want that exhaust fan running all the time it will pull your cold air out of the room. The small amount of venting the ac does should be sufficient to maintain levels of c02.

4. When possible try to run your lights during the dark so your not fighting as much outside heat.

I have access to cheap water.... Ill look into evap cooling.
I made a modified version of this video today whereas the second bucket for water was left out and I have the top bucket suspended over a 35 gallon tote. Thought here is that i wont have to refill the water as often. Its been running got an hour now and i have yet to see a significant temp drop.

Currently the room is sealed and the temp is 79 with 62% humidity...

So where is the bucket, in the room? It should be in the incoming air flow. The greater the humidity differential the more the cooling and evaporation.

LOL I was thinking more lawn sprinkler over the outside of the room or something like that.

Yes the setup is in the room itself and it has dropped the temp almost 20 degrees ...Im happy so far.

I love the 4x8 sheets of xps foam board for makeshift walls, they do a good lob sealing and insulating and are fast and easy to construct things with. that 4 mil plastic has practically no insulation value past stopping air movement/infiltration so unless you build some better walls to actually separate your grow space from the rest of the building thermally then your best bet is going to be trying to cool the temperature inside the building like you are doing with your swamp cooler.
