Earlier today while getting some medical marijuana, to my dismay I discovered that the dispensiary which I frequent, had been vandalized by an unknown assailant.
Apparently during the night someone had thrown a Molotov cocktail at the front door, managing to burn (mostly char) the front entrance area.
The damage was mostly superficial and business went on as usual with only the smell of soot and char being of any real concern.
What was interesting to me was that at some point, the local police needed to break into the building to inspect the damage and asses any threat but afterwards the cops would not even go near the building or investigate what had happened, as if they didn't care. Not even for the general public which shares the same building.
