A week away from first harvest.

What do you think. Will buds grow during last week of flower. Should I have used a pot bigger than this half gallon one. Grown under 95 watt cfl. I just added a 85 watt cfl that boosted my wattage to 180. Can't wait for my second go around. Unknown strain but the bud it came from tasted like a fruity kushh flavor.

Not bad for your set up. Bigger pots are never a bad thing. Always go bigger. Buds won't grow in size much, but will put on density.

I don't care what anyone says, catching a buzz from your first grow, is magical!

It looks like you went all experimental on em!! Next time, just water your plants, dude. Better harvest - i promise! Get your environment right, then play!

I doubt if the buds will grow much in the next week.
I always harvest when the buds take on an orange hue...the trichs are mostly amber.
Even then the buds are still producing new growth and sometimes I harvest the mature flowers and leave the younger/less developed ones to mature more...sometimes on the order of additional weeks.

The first harvest is the best, then you realize how much work trimming and drying is!!!!!!

More light next time, that said congrats on making it this far!

The first pic appears to be a week or two away on the bottom. The tops look like they can be harvested but dang, hard to tell at that size. Before thinking of bloom lighting to buy, consider an HPS. If you want to stick with cfl, 23w 2700k will do just fine if you buy a bunch of them and just flood the foliage with them.

It looks like your bulbs have a good few inches distance from your buds.

When I used cfls I have 300w cfls and they were always at tops about 1 inch from buds.

And as for comments like bud growth won't be much in a week or so. Lol u would be suprised.
