A zucchini I grew...its as big as my leg

So, I started a garden earlier this year
and I started a journal on it here in the garden

section, but since RIU is stupid and doesn't let me
upload more than 4 pictures a day, I gave up

on the journal because it was just getting annoying.

I have 5 zucchini plants, and to be honest, I'm actually
really sick of eating zucchini. (I harvest pounds of zucchini
every week)

So, I just wanted to show you guys this one that got
way too big. I didn't even eat it, I put it in the blender
and put it back out in the garden.

Any one have good recipes for zucchini?
I give it away, and I think my mother-in-law
is sick of eating it too. hehe.

Make zucchini bread, its so damn good. My mom used to buy zucchini when it was really cheap and then make loaves of the bread and freeze it. It lasts years. its basically banana bread but with zucchini instead of banana, doesnt sound good but its so sweet!

Yeah, I was looking into zucchini bread.

Just too broke to buy the rest of the ingredients. lol.

Sadly no. Bad luck this year with plants. One was male, birds took one,
gave all others away.

lol. They get sooo big sooooo fast. I usually check twice a day.
This time, I checked too late and they grew like twice their size
in the same day. Its hard getting them small cuz they grow so fast.

Grow pot instead. I think pounds of pot a week is more valuable hahahaha.
