Hi,
as the title suggests I would need some help with the wiring of fans and what exactly I need for them to run. I need them for my 60x45 cm growbox I am building.
I plan on getting two of the "Be Quiet ultra wings 2 140 mm" from here: https://www.highdefinition.ch/produ...-Wings-2-140x140x25mm-12V-18-8dBA/681374.html
now this is where the confusion kicks in for me...Spacebuckets.com and the complete blackbucket guide in the FAQ say something about any standart 12V 2A power supply thingy should work. Spacebuckets.com links this from amazon:

now I have some problems with that. First off it has an american plug and I'd therefore need something with a eu or Switzerland plug but can't seem to find anything on Amazon...
Then I dont unterstand how to wire that to the fans (they have 3-Pin-to-4-Pin-Y- Adapter; 12-V-to-7-V-Adapter and 12-V-to-5-V-Adapter) and lastly I am confused as to how I would "dim them down" for less noise. On spacebuckets.com they suggest this:

But how would I wire that and where with what? Also would it even work with the fans I am planning to get?
sorry for the pretty basic questions regarding all this electricity stuff....It's just really not my area of expertise
