? About foliar feeding indoors

I've been reading that foliating during the early or late hours are the best. When indoors does this mean I should spray in the dark b4 my light come on?

Are wetting agents good to use by themselves to just add moisture?some of my plants look a little ashy.

I have read that it's better to foliar feed right before the light goes off, so that they can absorb the nutes in the dark and not get burned by the light. However, I foliar feed and let them sit under the light for many hours without a problem. I think a wetting agent is there to be used to help nutes get absorbed, it doesn't really add moisture to the plant per se. For ashy, I would say make sure you're watering enough and maybe give them a little spray bath in plain water. Leaves can accumulate dust over the months like anything else.

wetting agents are designed to create a film over a surface to spread out nutrient induction. spray your plants and youll notice that it beads up. wetting agents help spread that out so that more nutes can be absorbed. same goes for the roots. NOW you have to ask the main question... HOW DOES THIS AFFECT PH AND THE VEGATATION IN GENERAL(this im not entirely sure of and would not use too much of until you undersand it better). even foliar can burn plants, although an excellent way to intro subtle nutes for a big gain, you still have to be careful and monitor. light and heat will create blotches(after spraying) which can clog leaf pores so it is recommended to spray on, off light hours and at cooler temps. you might even cut your fans for a while so that nutes have a chance to soak in. still, more info would be great:leaf:
