? about moving plants from HPS to room light.

Twice since I started my current grow, I've taken my plants out of their grow room, put them in another room, so I could clean the floor and make some general adjustments. My question is will leaving them in the other room with just a 60 watt ceiling bulb for light, hurt them. What if I left them there for a couple hours?

No, it won't hurt them as long as they are moved carefully. Jostling them too much can hurt them. Decreasing light will decrease the energy the plants have to grow with and decrease the amount of nutrients they can handle so you could end up with a lower yield. One hour every couple weeks won't make any noticeable difference, though.
