About my lighting

I have a 15Watt floures light and a 13watt. Is that good enough light to grow? This is what my plant looks like at 5 weeks http://i305.photobucket.com/albums/nn230/hitmanx3x/Picture006.jpg. I no its small anyway if i through in my LED light i bought has 3000MCD+the 2 floures Is that enough lighting for my plant? or do i need more?

Yeah bro, that thing is tiny for 5 weeks.

Just buy some CFL's, they are the most economical way of getting sufficient light
