Adding Juice to Soil durring flowering?

So, I'm a newbie growing a bag seed plant in a closet.....

now, while this makes little to no sense to me, a friend of mine said that he read that adding a juice, like pineapple juice to the soil during the late stages of flowering would cause the buds to be sweeter, and almost take on the flavor. It seems like that would basically be impossible since, for example, watering a tomato plant in grape juice probably wouldn't cause the tomatoes to taste like grapes?

anyone ever hear of anything like this, or is it all bullshit?

all bullshit.
thats just going to fuck up the pH in your soil. Get some "Sweet" by botanicare if you want to increase flavor and aroma

thats what i'm gonna try you mix it in was recommended 1/4 cup to gal water near flush and up gradually. As long as u PH the water mix before feeding, ph isn't an issue. search for the threads on apple juice on here.
