adding sugars?

what does adding sugars do to your plant and how much should i be using

The only reason I add sugars is to feed my rhizosphere. Even in coco, using synthetics it is possible to keep a rhizospere healthy through veg and a couple of weeks in flower. One application of beneficials during transplant and you're good to go as long as you feed it. I do notice a big difference if I don't support a rhizosphere.

im using flavoring on my plant at the moment and im wondering whether any additives or sugars are need during flowering. im just confused because i watched a video about flavoring and it didnt explain much about sugars or molasses.

I run molasses in my teas all the way up till 1-2 weeks before harvest using roots organic soil and my own mix, even organic honey seams to work about the same as far as i can tell. In most cases I think it helps with the over all development of the buds.
