Advice? 8x16 flower room

I am getting an 8x16 Gorilla Grow Tent and plan on running 6 1000w lights.. does anyone have any advice in ventilation options or has anyone done a similar setup?i am growing in soil i have 20 blue dream and 20 sweet island skunk clones about to go into my 4x8 2000w veg tent.. so i got 2 weeks to go with my best option...

I grow with 10x600 hps I use 4x10 inch fans in my flowering room. Plus I use a thermostat control for the fans and a oil heater.
But I grow coco for my veg room I try to keep the watts down so I run 2 or 3 600hps

Don't try it with 6 inch air cooled hoods make sure to use 8 inches.
Make sure you vent light heat outside and not into an adjacent room/attic.
With that many lights I hope you live where it is cold. Sealed a/c room in a warmer climate is not economical.
Don't flip on more light than plant size requires.
Get some spare pairs of sun glasses, not friggin kidding. I am burnin 3600 watts in the winter it is bright!

Edit: if you haven't bought the 1k lights consider 2 x 600w lights for each 1000w you would have used.
