advice needed guys + rep

hi guys i have a 600whps air cooled hood under 6 cheeses in a 1.5mx1.5x2m

i was wondering what height should the plants be before putting them into 12/12

and also how do you calculate the height do u measure from the soil to the top of the plant or from the ground?

normally its from soil and normally plants will double in size by the end i always switch to flower when plants are 24 to 28 " tall this way you get a good yield rather then fckin popcorn nuggets

Yeah what he said. The most important thing is remembering that your plants can grow up to three times their size when you flower so if you have limited space be careful

plants will definitely double, & can certainly triple in size, that being said it is all up to the space u have & when u want to switch the lights. Many people do it after a month in veg or about 12" of height, others wait until a full 2 month veg which the plant could be 2-3 ft at that point. Some people like to veg longer for larger yield, others like to veg shorter for more yields per year & to vary their strains, etc. U will find what works for u, and depending if u lst, or top also affects when u will choose to flip the lights. oh & the measurement is from the bottom of ur soil up.

from the bottom of the soil...does this mean the bottom of the pot? or from the top of the pot were the soil is

from the dirt you can see when lookin at your plants
