Hi all, new here and I figured I would take advantage of the widespread knowledge. So here's what I got:
-started in turf king potting soil (hadn't planned on growing so i threw a few seeds in for the fun of it, but they started growing. bagseeds unfortunately)
-from then on I figured I would make it a deal and purchased an indoor grow setup simply because i Always wanted to do it.
-5x5x7.5 growlab tent
-8in air-cooled hood
-1000 watt HPS (hortilux)
-6in inline (used reducers on the hood)
-temps sit right around 77 during the day(lights on), drop down to low sixties at night(lights off)
I have four plants, 1 b-52, 3 super dog (i believe). They sat outside through pretty cold temps ranging down into the low fifties at night(cold!), mid 60's to 70 during the day for about a week or two. I didnt feed it much, just some light fish fertilizer for the fun of it. I finally got them inside into the growtent (crazy transition) and noticed they still maintained their "unhappy look" they had outside. Put them on 12/12 btw because i saw a few white hairs. I thought they may need some nutes. I purchased the fox-farm line (big bloom, tiger bloom, grow big, cha-ching, and open seasame) and followed their feeding guideline. Thought it may be a little hot for a plant that hasnt been fed much. First i thought they may be rootbound and in some shitty soil. so i transplanted from 1.5 gallons to 3 gallons and began feeding using pH adjusted water (adjusted after nutes were in). transplanted them into fox-farm's "ocean forest", but didnt want to risk destroying some root mass so i simply broke off what i could of extra dirt and put it into the Ocean Forest soil. Gave it a few days and noticed nothing changed, so I figured i had a pH problem and flushed the plants with about 9 gallons of pH adjusted water each (about 6.0-6.5). I didnt pH the runoff however. last gallon I fed had 1/4 strength nutes. Its been 2 days and 2 of them seem to be doing better. None of them, however have that reaching "perky look" that im used to (grew an outdoor plant - always reached).
I know pictures do justice. i see possible manganese deficiency (brown/rust spots), zinc deficiency (bright green new growth).
