Advice needed

hi everyone
Hypothetically if a first time grower had a ebb & flo system and the girls are doing well.
They have been in the 12 / 12 for about a week. The prob is I let them get a bit to tall before starting flowering. So now I am concerned that they might outgrow the tent before flowering is complete.
So is there anything that be done to give them more vertical space ?
I don't know if topping , bending , or what would be the right path to take.
Looking forward to any advice that you folks might have.

I would tie them down and/or supercrop...

What is super Crop?

Carefully pinch the stem till it begins to collapse and you want to fold or tip over to the side to keep them 18" from the light.
If the top goes farther then 90deg. Don't worry it will come back up some.
