Advice on CFLs please

I have four cfl's, each run equivilant to 100w... two of which are standard GE Reveal 26 watt spirals, and the other two are Ecosmarts 5500k daylight stimulater spirals... im using a small cabinet with four different set brackets, i can extend the height of each shelf as it grows till i can drop the pot on the floor... the cabinets dimensions are 1.5'x1.5'x4' tall, tight but probable... still waiting on germinating seeds, so i have the top shelf in place with the two daylights directly above the pot, and each of the standard 100 watts on opposite sides of wall... any CFL pros out there, i know i could use a pointer or two! forgot to mention, only intend to grow one plant at a time!!!

Sounds fine for the veg stage, but I'd double your lighting with 2700k for flower. During flower, you want as much light as you can without cooking your plants with heat. You are using feminized seeds, right?

soil, nutes, ventilation?
