Advice on how to flush

I was wondering if someone could give me a detailed description on how to flush plants. Please =) newbie.

just give your girls 4oo ml of water. this should b done 1 weeks b4 havest

how much to flush depends on the size pot you use, and why you are flushing. for harvest, i basically just double the amount of water i would normally feed for the last 2 weeks. To fix overfert and nuteburn, i flush about 3x the size of my container.
