advice on my grow!

I've had these two plants for about 3 weeks and 4 weeks from seeds. I just wanted some advice and suggestions.

The eldest has began what I believe is a nitrogen deficiency a day after switching from 5000k cfl's to 6000k. I don't think guidance the change but I thought it best to cover all changes before the incident. Im not to worried about it at the moment but figured nows the time to get advice.

I've recently transplanted them from LC's plain mix with promix over the same mix but with LC's organic dry ferts. They look over watered but I havent watered recently

Cfl's are rubbish, best advice your going to get i started my grow on cfl's as soon as i fired up my 600w hps so much improvement

I wouldn't worry overmuch. The rest of the plants look ok. You haven't fed them any nutes have you? they are much to young for feeding at this point. Might have been the result of splashing some water on them. If it starts to get worse then you need to look at such things as temps, bugs in the room, etc.

I already have my 400w dimmable hps/mh cooltube package picked out, Im just waiting till latest this friday. Definitely not bugs, might be temps.

In his outline he concludes that all I need to to do is water until harvest. I'm assuming he means nute free water? Or do you guys feel there isn't a sufficient amount of something? Im talking relative to the future not my current deficiency.
