Advice on re potting pls

Hi peeps i av just sexed the plants got 3 females and 2 males from 5 regular white widow seeds, been in 12/12 for 7 days i pulled the 2 males yesterday and noticed they were root bound to some degree but the plan was to see which ones were fem then repot so i am about to do it and was wondering do i just literaly place the whole thing soil also from one pot to the next ? They will come out whole the shape of the pot so will i not touch it atall just place gently into new soil in bigger pot ? Thanx for any tips people as this is a crucial time and i dont want to mess up. Cheers

PS THE PIC IS 2 WEEKS OLD THE PLANTS ARE NEARLY 20 INCHES IN HIEGHT NOW !

yup just gently remove them, soil and all, and place them in the new soil, I usually cover the soil a bit.Wait till the soil is dry and squeeze them a bit to get it loose. They should just pop out. Slightly water afterwards.

make sure it's in the same soil, if the roots are curled up, cut them or gently straiten them out. I also give lots of water after.
