Advice on seedlings

I've got 4 seedlings and two of them have stretched to the point of falling over, and I had to support them. I've not had this problem before, and I've grown this strain before. They are 10 days old. Do you think I can go ahead and transplant them into bigger pots, and bury them a little deeper?
